Unprofessional and rude service! Anyone who doesn’t want to end up with food poisoning, don't eat clams! 1/3 of the blue mussels were closed. When asked how the food tasted, I said you should check the supplier. Too many boxes are closed. The waiter took the bowl with the closed boxes and went to the kitchen. After a while, the waiter came back and said that it would take some time, that the chef started opening the boxes. I said that the waiter misunderstood, that you shouldn't eat closed shells, at least that's what I was taught in the south, and suggested that I read the cookbook. The attendant went away. After a while, I noticed two waiters eyeing me and commenting on something. I opened the cookbook on my phone and looked for the place where it says that closed and broken clams must be thrown away after cooking. I went and showed it to the waiter, after which the senior waiter pointed out that I have eaten freshly boiled shellfish before, but theirs are pre-boiled and vacuum-packed, and that's why some of the shellfish are closed. I did try to explain that it doesn't matter at what point the clams are cooked or packed in a bag, that the edible clams are always open. Unfortunately, the customer service representative was not at all interested in my opinion. Everyone decides whether they dare to order boxes in such a place. In any case, my stomach is already bubbling, didn't I see what will happen next. However, it would say a lot about the restaurant that there is no point asking customers about the food with a fake smile if you don't care about the customer's opinion. Neither asked for a discount nor refused to pay the bill. However, an apology for the fact that the food did not meet my expectations would have been polite. I definitely do not...

My table had Mussels, fish fillet, octopus, and duck. All of it was exceptional, with the mussels standing out as the dish of the night. However, upon entering the restaurant and speaking English to the server, the server looked very annoyed and responded in Estonian. When I told the server the name under our reservation, they lead us to an empty table, when our friend was already seated at a different table (under the same reservation name). When I gestured to our friend and began to head over to the different table, the server smacked the table in annoyance, which seemed highly unprofessional. We had figured there were no English menus, as the server gave us Estonian ones, even when we were speaking with them in English. However, later on, a different server gave us English menus. Another key moment which stood out to us of that night, was that after ordering the entrée (mussels) we told our server we wished to keep the menus, in order to discuss what we wished to have for the main course and dessert. She responded by saying we need to give her the menus as the mussels take up a lot of space. We politely declined, and stated we still wish to keep the menus for now, and can keep them in our lap until the mussels arrive if necessary. She persistently argued with us until we decided to just hand over the menus. She still rushed off in such upsetedness that she forgot one of the menus.
Overall, I would recommend the food, but the service was the worst I have ever seen at a restaurant of this price point. I regularly experience better service from McDonalds.

Read moreI'm attaching the photos because yes, presentation is a main factor when eating out. HOWEVER, I do not recommend this place AT ALL. We live nearby and have wanted to visit the restaurant due to beautiful photos and some good reviews, it did not live up to the hype.
We had a reservation and came in, no one came to greet us - we had to wait at the bar for someone to show up. We picked a table - unfortunately right next to a kiddy play area where a child was screaming and crying most of the time.
Now for the food, we ordered the caviar duo, the bread was absolutely stale and reheated, we also ordered the king prawns with avocado which confirmed by the waiter were frozen shrimp with a quarter of an avocado for 10 eur 🤗 lastly we ordered the cod fillet which was OK (for 15 eur) but the pea mash tasted like dirt.
We sent both the prawns and cod back and on top of it the waiter STILL tried to charge us for these dishes because "we ordered them" he also stated that "every other customer had been eating the same food and hadn't complained" - just for reference the broccoli on the dish tasted like the oldest most foul rotten fish. If you're into that then this is your place.
If you value your time, money and taste buds please go...
