Chanoly Noodle Lebu — Restaurant in Addis Ababa

Ate here and got food poisoning. We went as family for dinner after a long day. After waiting for the server for 20 minutes, we ordered salad combo, rice combo and noodles combo. I had their special juice. All of us got sick, but it was especially strong on me. It's been a week and still can't eat any food properly despite heavy medication and hospitalization. We suspect it to be the Salad and the juice but could be the fish or chicken; not sure.

Please Chanoly administrators, improve the sanitary conditions in your facility. People's life are at stake. Chanoly used to be a go to place for us but...

Why have a call center if it can't meet basic customer needs? I placed my order well in advance and clearly communicated that I needed the food before 6 pm as I cannot eat after that time. Despite arriving at the Lebu location at 5:38 pm, my order hadn't even been placed. After requesting urgent action and reiterating my time constraint, the food still did not arrive. This experience reflects extremely poor customer service and unreliability. If the call center cannot fulfill its purpose, it should not exist. This disappointing experience guarantees that I will not be ordering from this...

Chanoly is a great restaurant with a good and satisfying variety of foods. Their waiters provide impeccable service with professional and friendly manner. We tried their stir fried chicken noodle and their beef sizzling, both delicious and yummy. It is a comfortable place which is of great ambience and also suitable to spend some time in groups, like family or friends. Their price is also reasonably fair. I highly recommend this place. Everything about this restaurant is very great except that it might get a little hard to find parking space...
