I recently visited Eset Coffee after such high expectations and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. After undergoing knee surgery, I have been managing discomfort in my hips, which makes it necessary for me to keep my feet close to my chest when sitting for extended periods.

While walking to the bathroom, a staff member approached me and asked me to keep my feet down for the comfort of other customers. This interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, prompting me to consider leaving the establishment.

Additionally, I was fasting all day and looked forward to enjoying a meal with friends. Unfortunately, the 4 foods we ordered was bland and did not meet our expectations. I would recommend considering this place primarily for coffee rather than a full meal.

It’s important for service providers to create an inclusive environment that accommodates various backgrounds and needs. Personal biases should not interfere with customer service, as they can detract from the overall experience. Given my experience, I will not be returning and will share this feedback...

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant, not just because of the cosy atmosphere but because of the incredible service. The supervisor ( Behailu) truly went above and beyond for us. When our iPhone was stolen, he did not hesitate for a moment to help. He took extra time out of his day, coordinated with staff, checked the camera and guided us step by step until we were able to track it down. What impressed us most was how genuinely happy he was to assist. You could tell he was not just doing his job, he was volunteering his time and energy because he cared. It is rare to meet someone so dedicated and kind. Aside from the outstanding service, the restaurant itself is warm, inviting, and very cosy.
