Fish goulash was delicious - though the menu says it comes with vegetable rice it doesnât though. Really tasty iced latte and aesthetic decor. Two of the servers when we went were very friendly and personable; the one serving us and a table next to us was a little rude - no smiling, very short and snippy, and kept bringing us out receipts even though we werenât finished ordering and even though we werenât asking for it⊠we ordered coffee first and then food later when we were hungry - he didnât combine the two receipts, just gave us both separately for us to do the math. When he took the bill at first, he came back and yelled at us saying we didnât give him enough money and slammed the receipt on the table. I added up the amount on my phone calculator and showed him the amount and counted the money bill by bill for him (which was correct) - he did not apologize and said he didnât see a 100 birr among the other bills (so he miscountedâŠ) and then took our money. Iâm not going to discredit the whole restaurant based on this one server, because I could see the other waiters were very friendly, but there was not a manager or owner there for oversight or to provide feedback to about this. It might be a good idea to talk to waiters about how to talk and interact...
Read moreif i could, i would give them a zero. The food is sickening, and the service is bad. We ordered fries, iced latte and cake. The fries isnt fried. It's actually boiled with a drizzle of oil, and it doesn't have enough salt. The latte was 90% ice and 10% bitter, unpleasant coffee. Idk what the differences are between the latte in here and the buna we order in our neighborhood. As a matter of fact, the coffee I make at home with mama milk and buna would be better. We also found a ribbon of some sort in the latte, so we had to ask for a refund. We asked them for sugar because of how bitter it was, and they gave us a shot of syrup that wasn't enough at all. The cake was unnecessarily moist and extremely sugary. It made me feel sick, and i seriously wanted to vomit. The utensils reeked, and it made the whole experience even more sickening. The atmosphere was trash and dead. Don't get fooled by the tiktoks. They spent their whole budget on the fake plastic roses that everything else isn't worth it. The taxes are unjust. The whole place is inconsistent with their services. Just don't even bother and waste your time. i wish i could go back and slap myself for even thinking of coming...
