We had a fantastic dinner at the Alchemist Restaurant in Addis!! The meals, recommended by the Chef, were perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The service was equally exceptional—our server (I wish I remembered her name!) was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening.

I was really impressed by his professionalism and the helpful comments he provided. I had the chance to watch the Wulo (∞-)º) program once the restaurant officially opened. While the services and atmosphere were incredibly welcoming, I must say that the starter with the almond butter and the mocktail were perfect, but I was not satisfied with the main dish. The steak came sliced on warmed plates without any attractive presentation and the meat was tough to chew. We even had to ask for a steak knife to cut it.
