Their reservation for seats are quite messy and unprofessional since they struggle to prepare seats as demanded by their customers. Their excellent at interpersonal communication with first time & returning customers. The only part that disappointed me & especially my father was the mere fact that there weren’t any tissue dispensers, nor were there any hand wiping essentials readily available for each individual that uses the restroom. Instead, there was a human tissue provider that stands waiting for every person that uses the restroom to dry their hands. Which is utterly disgusting and pathetic. What gives anyone the right to make someone stand there like a robot and provide tissues to those who use the restroom? Not only should this be a distressful experience for the customer. But also for the worker. For this reason. No one should be advised to preform this duty, even if it’s just for the pay. Nor should a customer feel obliged to pity a worker who is contributing their best to their position. It’s 1...

This was by far the WORST restaurant I’ve ever been to. The service was horrible. Despite having a large group of staff standing around laughing and chatting in the middle of the restaurant, we had to practically beg someone to take our order. After an unreasonably long wait, our food finally arrived, only for it to be the wrong order. On top of that, our drinks were completely forgotten, so we had to eat without anything to drink, not even water. The food itself was incredibly disappointing: bland, tasteless, and looked like plain boiled meat tossed on rice with zero effort or seasoning. As if that wasn’t enough, we were overcharged by 200 birr. The overall experience was frustrating, soo unprofessional. It really feels like the owner isn’t even in the country, because no one seems to be managing this place properly.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this...

We paid 4000 birr for 2 people. Lamb dishes’ prices are reasonable but other things are too expensive and not worth it (keep in mind you will pay a hefty additional price for service and taxes at the end). We ordered 2 lemon juice for 300 birr it was so bad and tasteless that we didn’t even drink it. Areeka was overpriced for 600 birr which is same price of a whole mandi plate. The haneed we ordered is almost Mandi and not real haneed as we are Yemeni and we know how haneed is cooked but it was not bad.
