This restaurant enforces an unnecessary dress code, which makes it inconvenient for those looking for a spontaneous dining experience. More concerning, however, is the clear discrimination in their service. Foreigners, particularly white guests, seem to be favored, while others are treated with inconsistent and often unfair policies.

The restaurant operates in two sections: the downstairs area, which serves pizza and snacks, and the upper deck, which is reserved for fine dining. During a recent visit with my family, I requested a pizza for my young daughter while dining on the upper deck. My request was denied, which seemed reasonable given their stated policy. However, I was shocked when I later witnessed a white foreigner being served pizza at a nearby table.

When I confronted the manager about this inconsistency, I was met with a weak excuse—that they do serve pizza for children, but our waiter was new and unaware of the policy. This explanation felt disingenuous and only reinforced the sense of unfair treatment.

I went to Entoto with my little sister for a birthday lunch staring at 6:30 local time. They had strictly business coded outfit rule and kids under the age of 10 is not allowed which we were informed via text message last minute but they let us to enter since it was their fault for delayed delivery of information yet they changed our table set. Overall the place is a fusion of elegance and artistry, every details of each corner is perfectly designed to impress and had a promising dinning experience with a beautifully presented plate yet the feast for the eyes ended when we took a bite. The flavor fails to deliver a satisfaction with poor seasoning and unevenly cooked meals. The staffs tried to enhance our experience, offering a good cup of coffee afterwards unfortunately the hospitality can't compensate the disappointment. I honestly enjoyed the vibe. It has that good feeling when you're home with your families on a rainy day having a coffee ceremony wearing you beautiful Gabis.

Food I think they can do better with the price they charge. I was there with my daughter and my niece. We have ordered lasagna, burger and chicken salad. Chicken Salad - portion was great, I won't lie i ate most of it, it really was that great. Burger - my girls had it they were so in love with that they literally kept quiet till they were done. I tested a bit, I won't lie I've had better! Lasagna - oh boy oh boy, the taste was horrible that i actually called the waiter and asked what they have used as in the sauce, if you ever tested a bad "dulet", that's the best way to describe the damn taste 🤮🤮🤢🤢. Anyway, i just had to pack it and went home to give it to my cats. Yes, the cats enjoyed it.
