Yalla Hummus Bar — Restaurant in Addis Ababa

Gen-z hangout. Very nice atmosphere. Inside of an old mansion in Bole. It's was Broken up into multiple floors of eating as well as a bars. The humus was divine. As a global traveler. I would say it was a surprise find in Ethiopian the land of meat. Especially the Smoky eggplant topping. The side of Ethiopian chilies, onion and chopped tomatoes, provided its own twist on a Mediterranean dish.

Highly recommended gen z hang out. Very nice atmosphere for the ambience which included some smooth afro beets music in the background....

I was craving for a light supper and hummus came to mind. I didn't find the place at first, but did in the end. For those who are wondering Yalla is on the first floor.
