I am writing to express my disappointment following a recent visit to your restaurant. We ordered the half chicken from your grill menu, but were served a portion that was clearly not up to that standard. What we received looked like a quarter chicken at best — only two small drumsticks with thighs, which hardly constituted a satisfying portion, especially considering the price.

When we brought this to the attention of the staff, we were told that this is how a half chicken is served. I later contacted management directly, and was told again that two drumsticks with thighs make up a half chicken. With due respect, even by the most lenient culinary standards, this portion was not acceptable — not only was it far smaller than what one would reasonably expect from a half chicken, but the chicken itself was unusually small.

We felt misled and disappointed. If portion sizes are going to vary that drastically, it should be clearly communicated on the menu. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and that you reassess both your portion sizing and how staff are trained to handle such complaints...

Great chicken, always juicy and the basting is on point. Onion rings are sooo good and they're still crispy if you get them to-go.

They're the only place that delivers while wearing all PPE during covid, and once while I was at the store I even saw the delivery guy getting a full spray down before and after the delivery.

Recently I had a small hiccup with them when I ordered takeaway as I asked for mild but when I got home it was not the mild basting but much spicier. I was slightly bummed because I can't handle spice (although I wish I could), and wrote to them requesting them to please pay more attention in the future.

What I was surprised though was when they asked for my order and contact info. Their manager personally called me and apologized for their mistake and and offered a free meal whenever.

They really take customer service to heart and I'm sure the mistake was a rare occurrence as I frequent this establishment and it was the first time it had happened. They responded quickly and did so in such a professional manner.

Went here with my team and honestly the food was mid, the service was mid but the atmosphere was only salvageable due to the music and the vibes that me and my team brought. It was very hectic as there are a lot of us but they simply seemed unprepared to host all of us despite having a booking. When we first entered, we had to rearrange the tables and chairs to fit all of us, this was no problem but it was a sign that our numbers overwhelmed them. We sat and ordered and the food came out slowly and despite ordering at 7PM, some of my team members didn’t receive their order until quarter to 9. It was actually ridiculous as most of us had finished when some of us had started. Then the service was just not as good as other places. No doubt that the staff was very kind but some of us had ordered sauces or drinks that didn’t come until we nearly finished our food, or we repeated our orders several times and we still didn’t receive it.
