Loanas BBQ Stall — Restaurant in Western

Located in a turn-in lane on Wailoaloa Road (turn right off Queens Road, Nadi, your landmark is Burger King).

Since coming to Fiji in 1999 my wife and I started trying out BBQ stalls (back then they were called $2 BBQs). These are no frill food stalls typically found on the side of the road. If you're not too fussed about decor or ambiance then the food is great!!!

The Combo at Loanas has chicken, pork sausage, lamb chop, egg and cassava. Cooked and served with a signature BBQ marinade/sauce, it is the best BBQ we've had in Fiji.

The plate of food in the photo is after we transferred the BBQ meal to a plate after we got back to our room at Club Wyndham at Denarau Island. All that for $10. Great value!!! We're leaving on March 6 so we're planning on having Loanas' BBQ for dinner the night...
