Sinbad Pizza — Restaurant in Western

If I could give a negative review, I would. They are lucky to get 1 star. I initially called, they didn't have a delivery driver. I asked them if they can send it in a taxi to the Outrigger, and I would pay for it. They asked me to call back in 2 minutes for them to check if they could organise. (Not them to call me back...) When I called back, they confirmed they could do it. I placed my order, and checked how I could pay for the order to the Taxi. They got my name, said thank you and hung up. Because I didn't get how long it would take, I left my room soon after and waited in the lobby. I watched every shuttle, buggy and taxi for the next 40 mins, ready to intercept the driver. My hungry family calling me, asking where the pizza is. I called Sinbad pizza from guest services, and they said that they could not make or deliver the pizza as I was too much in a rush and hung up the phone before they could get my room number. I explained firstly, if they had just sent the pizza in the taxi as discussed, I would have met the driver at the car and they would not even need to get out. Secondly, I was in the service industry and am in autopilot to let the other person hang up first. And to please not lie to me. Wasting time waiting for a pizza that wasn't coming is one thing, but don't lie to me. They were adamant they weren't lying, so things escalated very quickly, and I was left almost an hour later with no food and looking to feed everyone quite urgently. A very frustrating and...

I had an incredible experience at Sinbad Pizza Fiji, and I would happily give it a 5-star review! My wiafu and I ordered the Capricciosa and Hawaiian pizzas, both of which were absolutely delightful. The thin and crispy pizza base was a perfect canvas for the generous, flavorful toppings. We couldn't get enough of it! The pizzas were also compliment by a chilli and tomato relish.

To top it off, the beer was served ice-cold, which was a real treat. What sets Sinbad apart from other options is not just the outstanding food but also the friendly and welcoming staff. They made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

What's worth mentioning is that we had a disappointing food experience at the Outrigger Hotel, which boasts a 5-star status. Sinbad Pizza, in comparison, exceeded our expectations, offering superior quality at a more affordable price point. The beer prices were notably cheaper too, making it a compelling choice for visitors.

I would highly recommend Sinbad Pizza to anyone staying at the Outrigger, despite the hotel staff's discouragement. It's a quick 5-minute walk to the right of the beach, and the difference in quality and cost is more than worth it. Don't miss out on this hidden...

Such a fantastic place for pizza in Kortogo. It’s in an isolated location away from other eateries like Crab Shack and Beach Bar n Grill and looks a bit rundown; however don’t let it deter you as the pizza is amazing.

The bases are extremely thin and crispy and the toppings are absolutely perfect.

Such a perfect place to eat if you’re staying at the outrigger - it’s a 10 min walk each way and 3 medium pizzas will generally set you back $67FJD.

We loved it and went back multiple times.

Best to call and order and then walk over as depending on how busy it is, it can be on the slower side...
