We ordered a cake for our wedding and explicitly mentioned in the comments section during the online order that it should be collected at 7:30 AM on the wedding day. Shockingly, our cake was not ready on time, completely ruining our day! We had planned to enjoy the cake on a morning cruise with champagne.
To compensate for their mistake, instead of delivering the cake to our address as soon as possible, they asked us to travel to another city to collect our cake in the evening!
We had to hire a taxi to get our cake. They promised a partial refund but never responded to our emails regarding it. Perhaps they think foreigners do not deserve respect!

Read moreThe waitress with dark long hair is the worst in terms of service and attitude. Literally threw a plate with a cake on the tray and not even looking into the eyes. Talking down to the people like we came there intruding her own home. Feeling like she's treating different customers differently with preference based on their skin color. The coffee is just not good, better just go to other places instead even if it's more expensive. Also really loud, employees keep banging on things with unnecessary vigor. Not coming back...
