Pretty Boy Wingery — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

I wish I could give half stars.. I struggled between 3 and 4... Let's start out with the good, the flavor was pretty good for the wings. The pickled salad was also very good and the fries were very hot and crispy, very well cooked!

However, I'll agree with some other reviewers, the fries had no seasoning at all. I ended up dipping them in leftover wing sauce but some salt at least would be nice. There was none on mine at all.

As other people also mentioned, the wings are fall-off-the-bone tender but quite small. For being locally farmed, I can understand but be prepared. Unfortunately they were also super soggy. I got the wings seconds after my buzzer went off and still, not a single wing had any crunch to it all.

Some room for improvement but a nice oasis in airport restaurant selection....

My two kids threw up within 2 minutes on trying the buffalo burger and kiddo burger. The buns tasted very off and the chicken on both burgers was awful and tasted off. I asked the cook and the cashier for refund, but the cook said that was nothing wrong with it and all he could do was cooking some new one. I asked the cook if he could do it without the melted carrots and coleslaw on it, but he refused. When i asked if it was prepared in advance, he would not answer. The most discussing experience!!!! 60 € down the drain!! Definitely not recommend that place. Evira needs to look...

Wings were crispy and delicious! I went with the Bang Coq sauce and was not disappointed. Is this a Michelin star restaurant? No. Is it pretty delicious option for an airport bite to eat? Yep!

Yes the wings/drumsticks are on the smaller side especially compared to the US but from what I've heard from other European coworkers this is not uncommon. I didn't mind at all and expected this when I ordered.
