Review Title: Disappointing Experience After Years of Loyalty Review: I've been a loyal customer of TGM Helsinki for the past five years, always ordering the crispy fried shrimp rice bowl whenever I travel through the airport, which is about 3-4 times a year. Unfortunately, my recent visit on 09.06.2025 was extremely disappointing. The dish I received was missing the savory sauce and cooked vegetables that it usually comes with. When I politely asked about it, the staff member, who I had never seen before, was very rude and dismissive. He insisted that this is how they serve the dish and refused to make any changes, even though I know this isn't true from my previous experiences. What was even more upsetting was the apparent difference in how he treated me compared to other customers. This is the first time I've experienced such behavior in Finland, and it left me feeling very unwelcome. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with respect and consistency.

Read moreFlew into Helsinki from Los Angeles with my wife and of course after we deplaned we were very hungry. Started looking for a nice place to eat and ended up in the food court of the Helsinki airport and decided to give TGM Japanese Korean Cuisine a try as their food menu looked good and also were the healthiest choice out of all of the restaurants available. My wife got the Teriyaki Salmon and I got the Smoked Salmon Poke Bowl. We were both surprised at how delicious the food was. I can say in all honesty that my poke bowl was one of the best I’ve ever had. Fresh salmon, carrots, mango, red cabbage, avocado, and pickled onions made for a delicious flavor combination that I won’t soon forget. Topped it off with an ice cold Kirin Ichiban. Kudos to the chef! Definitely going to visit this restaurant before we head back to...

However, the prices were definitely on the higher side — quite expensive, in fact. That said, you can use meal vouchers like Edenred and ePassi, which helps a bit.
Food delivery was done using vibrating pagers, which was efficient and easy. The cashier was also very polite and professional, which made the experience more pleasant.
The dining area wasn’t anything special; it was just part of the general airport space, so don’t expect a cozy or unique atmosphere. Also, there were no trays available, which made carrying items a little inconvenient, and if you needed water, you had to buy it — no complimentary water...
