It's ok. Expectations were low to start with and they were not exceeded. Bacon on the burger was precooked and dry, the patty was weirdly medium only at the middle of the beef, and the patty was premade and lacked a bit if salt. I don't remember what the cheese tasted like if anything (or if it even had any. Probably). This is the theme of the restaurant; nothing done well, but it's good enough to get away with. Not an experience you would remember or come back to.

My date's snails didn't taste of anything but grease and the snails were of course from a can.

I small note also about the price level; it's expensive. You can get better food for the same price in the center of Helsinki.

On a positive note, the shift lead / duty manager had a really nice touch to the service, was positive and gave good service. Unfortunately the cheesecake he recommended as delicious was only very average. Like...

Tilasimme pippuripihvit. Minulle medium +.. Kun ruoka tuli, leikkasin pihviä, ihan punaista kaikki - medium rare. Sanoin tarjoilijalle asiasta. Hän sanoi, että tuo uuden annoksen. Siinä kesti. sen verran aikaa, että mies ehti syödä jo oman lautasensa tyhjäksi. Tietysti illallistunnelma vähän kärsi tästä, toinen söi ja toinen katsoi puolin ja toisin. Kun uusi annos tuli, pihvi oli taas liian raaka. En viitsinyt enää sanoa mitään, koska tämä oli jo sellaista mitä voin hyvin syödä (ja hyvää se olikin). Kuvissa tämä uusi annos ja pihvinpala 'medium+'.Kirjoitan tämän palautteen oikeastaan vaan tarjoilijan takia. Meille tarjoili nuori nainen, Emmi nimeltään. Hän suoriutui tilanteesta ihan käsittämättömän hienosti ja hienoilla sanavalinnoilla ja upealla asenteella. Käymme aika paljon ravintoloissa syömässä ja kaikenlaisia tarjoilijoita näkee. Tämä Emmi palvelee asiakkaita sydämellä, ollen itse 100 % läsnä tilanteessa. Hän sanoi, että kun uusi annos tulee, hän tulee itse varmistamaan että on kunnollinen. Ja tulikin. Hän sanoi, että korvaukseksi hän tarjoaa meille jälkkärit. Jotenkin niin henkilökohtaisesti, että ajattelin jälkikäteen, että ei kai niitä sentään vähennetä hänen palkastaan. Ihan kuin hän olisi itse tehnyt virheen. Vaikka söimme ravintolan kalleimpiin kuuluvan annoksen jonka syöminen yhdessä meni myttyyn jne, tulemme varmasti taas uudelleen sinne syömään. Mitä pienistä vastoinkäymisistä (kuten liian raaka pihvi) kun ne tilanteet näemmä hoidetaan mallikkaasti. Ikinä sieltä ei ole lähdetty pettyneinä pois. Toivon, että työnantaja välittäisi Emmille nämä kehut. Hän on todella ansainnut ne. Kävimme siellä viime tiistaina 25.2. iltapäivällä siten, että siinä vaihtui juuri vuoro. Emmi lähti pois, joku toinen tuli tilalle (jos siellä sattuisi olemaan...

Our server, Terhi, was excellent. Very nice, very friendly. We are not from Finland and do not speak any Finnish at all. The menu was (as to be expected) in Finnish. Terhi was helpful in answering menu questions and making recommendations. The quality of the food was excellent and the price of the main course included a small but well maintained and tasty salad bar with bread. We all ended up ordering the same meals, pasta with shrimp... Excellen!
