I came to order the steak, asked if it is good, and then it started. The cashier Mario exploded on me because ‘why all customers ask if it is good, he sells thousands of steaks every day, etc.’ and so on, he continued yelling on me non-stop for several minutes. Just a simple question about the steak can turn to a good test on identifying instability issues of the seller and the atmosphere of the place. Do not eat there or do not ask this question, as the next scape goat may be you. I refused to communicate in such tone and asked to talk to someone else. He called guards of the mall.

Response to Mario. Apparently you have a split personality. The guards left in misunderstanding, you struggled even explaining the reason to them. Neither customers, nor guards are your psychiatrists, get a real help you need for stabilising your health. 'By force' is in your imagination, do not forget that you...

Great pizza and okay pricing for Helsinki. We ate three "Fantasy" pizzas while visiting the place. The best filling hands down was the minced meat which had probably best seasoning I've ever had in a pizza. Mozzarella was also pretty high quality stuff. There was pretty much salt in the food.

The customer service had slight problems understanding Finnish but they were really eager to provide the best service possible nonetheless.

Atmosphere was probably the best you can have inside a shopping center. We sit pretty close to the kitchen and it seemed nicer area than "exterior" closer to other shops.

I definitely recommend this place.

Came with friends and family ... ordered 3 burgers + 1 steak. The restaurant was almost empty.... it took 40 minutes. The burgers were dry and tasteless. Advertised with caramelized onions which were not there either. No BBQ dressing and some kind of salad dressing under the beef. We had no choice for drinks... we just got coke we and no gas. The new ones we got didn't have gas again. We were not bother anymore to change again. Told the manager abou5 it. He didn't react to the comments. Had a 10% discount added to the bill.... and we never got new drinks ..so we...
