Tofu burger: excellent crispy tofu! Some really great cookery and a good palate on display here, only let down by a couple of things. Burger is put together in a way that makes it needlessly frustrating and messy to eat - too tall and thin to either stay in shape or fit in your mouth, full of long, coiled-up pak-choy type vegetables that can't be chewed apart so you have to pull long slimy bits out mid-bite, which goes a good way towards further destroying the structural integrity of the burger, and makes one quite unhappy. Pretty good burger of the month (truffle). There was nothing wrong with it, but the competition with different burger places and their offerings are really good with a lot of variety. Most likely this place offers one of the best or maybe even the best burgers in town. So if you're looking for a burger and happened to be in Kouvola, it's recommended. Odottamattoman loistava kokemus vieraillessani Kouvolassa. Olin kuullut kehut hampurilaisista, mutta en odottanut löytäväni täältä yhtä Suomen parasta Smashburgeria kaukana Helsingin klassikkopaikkojen ulkopuolelta. Arvioni ruuasta perustuu vain yhteen annokseen, mutta olen valmis ajamaan uudestaan 130km saadakseni sitä lisää.

Lisäksi palvelu oli niin hyvää kuin kukaan voi toivoa. Iloinen, hymyilevä ja välitön henkilökunta niin hanojen ääressä, kuin keittiön ja pöytien väliä suhaten. Toinen kahdesta annoksestamme tuli 5min tilauksen jälkeen, joten luulimme, että on sattunut erehdys. Ainut erehdys olikin, että toinen annos oli unohtunut ajoittaa samaan kohtaan, josta korvauksena toinen kierros tilattuja erikoisolutta. Pahoittelujen saattelemana toinenkin burgeri tuli pöytään 2min myöhemmin eli 7 minuuttia alkuperäisestä tilauksesta, joka on edelleen käsittämätön saavutus ravintolassa, joka ei ole pikaruokala ja jonka sali ei ollut todellakaan tyhjä.

Eli loistava hampurilainen, ylitsevuotavan huolehtiva ja iloinen palvelu, sekä tyylikkään rennosti ja modernisti sisustettu ravintola, josta on mahdoton sanoa edes keskinkertaista sanaa.
