Hi, You have gone from a very good pizzeria to a disaster. There were 5 adults and a child. We all ordered pizzas. There was too much tomato sauce and it had a sour-bitter taste. We discussed the product with the chef, I also use the same one at home when I make pizza and I think it was because the sauce was rancid. There was also too much oil, you could scoop it off the top with a spoon. One person asked for a new pizza and it was emphasized that there should be less oil and some other ingredients, but the second pizza was also swimming in oil. The chef came with a very arrogant attitude that she should be respected and not shouted at, although no one shouted at her, but she was criticized for the amount of oil per pizza, although it was emphasized that the person did not want oil swimming on the pizza. She said that we still had to pay even though we did not get what we asked for. I have never experienced such treatment of a guest in my life. The waitress rolled her eyes. Since I know Italian cuisine and hospitality, I am very disappointed. I am a chef myself. The first principle of hospitality is that the guest is always right and you don't argue with them. There was no apology. I personally eat two triangles and now I have heartburn and nausea in my stomach. Unfortunately, I will never come here again. Also, those school chairs are very...
Read moreI recently visited Osteria da Filippo in Rauma, Finland, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The restaurant has a charming and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed meal.
I ordered the Funghi e Carciofi pizza, a white pizza topped with mushrooms and artichokes. It was well-crafted, seemingly handmade and baked in a wood-fired oven. The dough had a great texture—crispy on the outside and soft inside—though I found it slightly lacking in salt. However, the quality of the ingredients was excellent, and the overall flavor was delicious.
The service was friendly and efficient, making the visit even more pleasant. For dessert, I tried their tiramisu, which was absolutely outstanding—creamy, well-balanced, and full of authentic flavors.
If you're looking for authentic Italian pizza in Rauma, Osteria da Filippo is definitely worth a visit. Great pizza, cozy ambiance, and an excellent tiramisu!

Read moreI went here with friends that wanted me to experience a cozy environment and good food. The restaurant market then self with having gluten free options but when you get there the staff doesn't want to talk to you and I speak English, Finnish and Swedish. The communication with the staff is horrible and I have never felt more unwanted as a customer. The just walked away when I tried to ask why they had served me olives with bread when I told them I'm highly sensitive to gluten and need all the food to be gluten free. The food I ended up getting was horrible for the 33€ it cost me. Do NOT support this restaurant...
