A truly unique and beautiful experience. The food and non-alcoholic drinks tasted like a fresh piece of nature (or, sometimes, like sauna!). I never had anything like that. It's beyond taste, it's an entire feeling. Every bite and sip were a delight to take the time and enjoy slowly, like a curious walk in the forest. Unusual ingredients and unexpected flavors that just work in a surprising and ingenious way. The vegetarian version was just as great as the non-vegetarian one (we took one of each). The service was fantastic and the explanations really helped create a connection with the meaning behind the food. We aren't usually fine diners, but that was definitely worth the money and I'm so happy we spontaneously decided to have our dinner there (we booked on the same day). The best dining experience I've had the pleasure to enjoy in Tampere. The menu items are a unique combination of flavors and ingredients that work in perfect harmony with their selected wines. The flavors found in each item are rich and complex, carefully crafted around a central theme. Some of the items are like a new relaxing breath of fresh air while others are more contemplative, evoking memories from childhood summers spent in Finland. All of them were simply delicious.

It must also be highlighted that the immaculate level of service and professional pride that the staff demonstrated throughout the journey left me feeling truly humbled. They take the center stage as they introduce each course with glowing confidence after which you barely notice them moving about and ensuring that you will have the best possible experience.

Recently visited with 4 of my friends, we had the Fall Menu (10 dishes) and the wine package. Food was exquisite, with some real masterpieces thrown in. Ingredients were local, with little known plants and innovative combinations. Colors fit the theme well, and there was a delightful autumny crunch here and there. Tableware supported the theme colorwise, with a rustic feel to it. The only thing that threw me off this immersive experience was a dessert bowl from Indiska. When that is the biggest problem i had, you get the idea of the level of arranged, planned perfection this restaurant executes. The wine selection was innovative and fun.
