Social Burgerjoint — Restaurant in Tampere sub-region

Overall, the place is a bit overpriced for the quality and variety of food and for the space, atmosphere, the food is better in taste than McDonald's or similar places, but could still be improved. Tables were a bit sticky and felt unpleasant to use. Burgers are acceptable, although quite simple, without interesting ingredients. I also don't like how the buns for burgers get all soggy wet and soaked in sauce, it is repulsive for my taste. They could be improved. I got burgers several times here, they always taste similar, even of different kinds, so it gets boring quickly to come here for more. I really miss vegetables, some more interesting tastes, spices, textures, different kinds of bread etc. I wish there was a good salad table or side salads included because food is heavy and fatty, would be good to have some salad leaves and/or vegetables with it. 6/10 I mean the meat is really really great the fries very innovative have a good taste not to salty and also the sauces very nice. what I don't understand is why you pack very good, nicely cooked meat into a dry brioche bun. I mean after my first bite the bread crumbled all over the burger and it was just a mess. I took a second Burger just to see if I was unlucky and got an old piece of bread but unfortunately not. Also the ventilation in the kitchen is very bad I didn't mind it but yes you smell like a burger place afterwards prizes are fair and you get enough food for your money. Also what I not get is the loud hip hop music while eating while there is another different music playing in the kitchen. Edit no! I like brioche bread, i made them by the thousands, in kitchens i worked in Switzerland, the problem is your brioche bread is way to dry, either you get ripped of from the producer, or you keep them out of the freezer longer then 8 hours. My girlfriend and I stopped by to grab some chicken bites before heading home from our trip to Tampere. We happened to have a couple of half-finished coffees in hand, which we had bought earlier. Instead of politely informing us that outside drinks weren’t allowed, something we would have completely understood, the cashier decided to berate us in a loud and aggressive tone, loud enough for the entire restaurant to turn and stare.

His aggression was completely unnecessary, and it was especially distressing for my girlfriend, who has social anxiety. She was so terrified by the experience that she ended up in tears. No one working in customer service should be acting this way.
