Well, I've seen a lot of reviews about the delivery service of this restaurant, which is pretty secondary when considering a place to eat, I mean, we want to know if the food is fresh and tasty, and well it's the case there, sashimis always, fresh, good and well prepared, same for the rolls and on top of the taht, the service is very nice and extremely fast when you chose a pick up/ to go otpion... Then, I also live 10 minutes from the place, and guess what.. I'm WALKING there, it's a very and nice short promenade and it won't hurt your buttom ;) And regarding the ramen... Well there are as many various options as there are for the vegetable soups in France, and the ramen there is pretty tasty too (and generous) This is very good restaurant, best...

I will say, for sushi the price was OK, but the tuna was far, far from fresh: any older I wouldn't have eaten it. Other than that, the service was cold and unfriendly. This place is in walking distance from our home, but I am sure we will not be returning. Also, when I was in Japan, everything was very clean, but the amount of dust, just on the chairs alone, tells me they probably haven't been cleaned since the year they were...

Nous avons testé ce restaurant pour la première fois ce soir après avoir vu la note globale positive et les avis favorables. Cependant, nous sommes surpris de constater que la qualité de la nourriture laisse à désirer, que ce soit les boules de tapioca du bubble tea complètement molles, le ramen au bœuf servi avec des spaghettis, ou encore les œufs froids et friables dans la soupe. Dommage, car notre serveuse était agréable… À éviter !
Update : suite à la réponse consternante du propriétaire, je précise que j’ai eu l’occasion d’apprendre à très bien connaître le ramen durant mes mois passés en Asie. Ce que je ne comprends pas, en revanche, c’est une qualité d’ingrédients aussi déplorable, et un goût aussi éloigné de celui du ramen traditionnel. Il ne fait aucun doute qu’il y aura meilleur que chez vous ailleurs, et nous ne ferons pas prier...
