McDonald's — Restaurant in Évry

Very unfortunate. My wife and I go to McDonald’s often but this really didn’t meet expectations. The food tasted stale: burger buns were hard, half the fries were clearly from an older batch and the other half fresh. Worse than that, the toilets were just disgraceful. Two broken urinals. The nursery has a changing table that’s fitted in a very unhelpful location for changing a baby. The toilets (women’s, men’s and disabled) all smelled dirty (like old urine). The small toilet for toddlers in the nursery room was also clogged.

Clearly this store needs a lot of care and attention, there needs to be better training or more staff. Whatever it is, this is really not the McDonald’s experience I’ve come to expect and exemplified all the reasons why many of my friends dismiss my preference for this brand while on the road. Usually McDonald’s means fast service and good food. It was the worse McDonald’s we ever had. Laziest staff ever seen in McDonald’s. They wasn’t even wearing gloves for food preparation. Drinks were hot and flat (coca cola and bottled sparkling water). Burger and chips were cold and got our food in 25 minutes. Aircon was not working and it was really hot , almost 32 degree. Attendu 20 minutes à la borne puis une bonne trentaine de minutes au guichet de retrait. Au final ma commande était prête depuis au moins une bonne quinzaine de minutes, mais l'employé était tellement débordé qu'il est allé faire autre chose. Résultat commande froide, mc flurry fondu, il a voulu me la donner comme telle, j'ai refusé et lui ai demandé de tout refaire. Tout simplement parce qu'il n'y avait qu'un seul employé pour prendre les commandes au Drive, les encaisser, les préparer, les remettre aux clients, prendre les commandes sur place, les encaisser, les préparer et les remettre aux clients. HONTEUX d'exploiter ses employés de la sorte. Au bout d'au moins une heure d'attente interminable, on voit son manager sortir de nul part.
