Everyone raves about the mussels, here. Yes, the choice is impressive. And they are good: we got the traditional marinière and another style, “grilled”, with plenty of thyme. Maybe too much thyme. Tasty, yes. Service quite friendly. But we were expecting something amazing. It wasn’t. The salad of tomatoes and lettuce was downright average: you’d think that on Corsica (in late July) you’d get scrumptious, ripe tomatoes. They were boring. Go to Greece for a really good summer salad. In sum: decent beach-side fare. But you get the same quality of mussels from the chain Leon de Bruxelles. The atmosphere a bit over busy, with bunches...

Fabulous meal. We came back twice!! For only 15euros for plenty of mussel options, delicious sauce and comes with fries. Each dish is a big portion, like family style, can be shared for 2+ adults.

We had Remy as our server, who was really great. Remy was the friendly, helpful server we had in Corsica, which a lot to say as it's not dining with a toddler. So if you're lucky enough, you'll get Remy as your server.

Chez Alain is truly amazing!!! Great tasty food; we have tried moules frites with different sauces, all exquisite. The Linguini “Frutti del mare” is perhaps one of the best pasta we’ve ever eaten, fresh seafood and the portion is very much generous. Also, the staffs are super cool, friendly and helpful.
