I'd been waiting for the visit of my daughter to try this restaurant, very nicely situated in Anduze. I invited her for her birthday and was looking forward to a lovely evening. It was very disappointing and upsetting. The waiter served our main course, the meal was good and then seemed to ignore us completely, though passing our table every 5 minutes to serve another table. We finished our main course and were never asked if we wanted a desert or coffee. We waited patiently for a while. In the end, we were so upset that we asked for the bill. That was complicated, too, even though there were only two tables left to serve. The waiter asked us then if we were happy with our evening. I was so shocked, I thought he was making fun. Cave Bourbon is a must-go for anyone visiting the area. The food was incredible, and the service was outstanding. The outdoor seating area is a wonderful place to relax and have nice refreshing cocktails and food. So many wonderful choices on the menu and the tapas were amazing! Une soirée complètement foutue !1h30 d’attente pour des tapas et une salade chèvre ! Serveurs interpellés deux ou trois fois pour savoir s’il y’a avait un problème , ça arrive, ça arrive . Résultat après 1h30 d’attente , je suis allé voir le patron qui s’est excusé .finalement la commande n’était toujours pas envoyée !nous sommes partis après avoir consommé deux ou trois carafes d’eau! Je ne peux même pas donner un avis sur la cuisine nous n’avons rien mangé . Trop de clients , d’accord . Si vous n’arrivez pas à suivre revoyez votre organisation , ou ne prenez plus de clients . Il y’a un process à revoir ! Un vrai gros soucis de ce point de vue ! Je comprends que ce n’est pas toujours facile , mais revoyez votre organisation , prenez des extras , ou refusez les clients !
