Bar-Restaurant L'Etoile — Restaurant in Albertville

We had a seat at the terras after skiing. We ordered drinks which we received after a while. When we wanted to order new drinks the water said he'll first serve other tables and then would come to us. After a while they closed down and said we couldn't order anymore. The waiter said he was already working for 6 hours so they needed to close down. For the record, we spoke in French and they responded in bad English, therefore we couldn't understand them. The whole group could understand French perfectly. Next time we tried to book a table to zat for the day after by phone, spoke French again and they responded in English I couldn't understand. We visited this restaurant twice during our ski trip. The food was great and the service was 100%. The boss made special veg arrangements for me (delicious veggie burger for the first time and stir fried pasta with mixed vegetables). Highly recommend this restaurant! No matter if you wanna stop by just for a drink or for a quick bite, this is the place :) amazing view/terrace too

Returning in Les Menuires after a decade, we fould L'Etoile to be still there, right -on- the slopes above Les Menuires, opposite the little appartment village Les Montagnettes. Great place to stop for luch or a drink, and to our pleasant surprise, also open for Dinner ! Ideal if you are in Les Montagnettes and don't want to cook. Good choice on the menu, including a number of local dishes. Very nice environment to have dinner, thank you...
