Buffalo Grill Albertville — Restaurant in Albertville

Edit December 2023 : heard it was better so I decided to give it another try. Went back a couple of times, definitely noticing an improvement! Especially the wait staff, very nice and attentive, more than you'd expect from a chain restaurant. Food was very good, decent quality products, nice waitress (Jeanne), we had a good time !

Edit apr 2022: I'm changing my review. I went recently, and for the first time I was really disappointed. I'd never expect a great meal from a chain restaurant, but this last experience was mediocre. Overcooked and tough meat, we had to send back a ribeye and a hamburger, which we never do as we despise wasting food, the replacement steaks were cooked right but still tough and not great tasting. The presentation and quantities were also not so great. The staff however was nice and helpful as always, which is why I'm going down from 4 stars to 3 and not 2. Looks to me like they've lowered the meat quality, and it looked and tasted like the grill is not cleaned as thoroughly as it should be (I don't think there is any sanitary risk, but burnt residue doesn't taste great).

Travelling overseas, we stopped here for a quick takeout meal on a very long evening trip through the South of France, seeing that the restaurant had options to go and wasn't a fast-food chain. After waiting for at least five minutes for our server (perfectly friendly) to give up finding fish-and-chips on his register -- even though it was on the menu -- we put our order in.

I got a chicken burger and asked for no dressing. We got our food in less than 15 minutes, which was nice. Once on the road, my kids opened their fish and chips. There was one, pretty meager slice of fish in each box. One of my kids gave up on his because it was drowning in grease (and we got no napkins). The other bit into his and it was still frozen in the middle. We ended up throwing both out. My burger was slathered in dressing.

I contacted the chain's management and got a nice apology and promise to do better "the next time" we're there (we will never be again). I can't imagine why we couldn't get a refund given the massive issue with our food, but none was offered.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Go to Burger King...

The staff speaks english very poorly. The food was really bad. We went to other buffalo grill's before and it was good, but this place is terrible. Also The place was empty, probably because of the bad food. The steak I ordered, ant the other foods was burned and tasted like burnt. I asked for Medium well - well done and they delivered reare done (raw meat) but burned at the outside. After that they came back with the same more burned steak, the fries was almost cold. The only good thing was that after a litle fight we didnt pay for that burnt piece of meat.

all in all don't waste your time ant go stright to the mountines or...
