With a location as idyllic as this one, and a skisystem that was amazing, one could expect service which was up to par with the rest of the experience. However, as would turn out, that is not the case. After having settled down and some of our friends left to buy food, an extremely rude non-english speaking employee came up to us, and shouting at us in french. Since I understand a little bit, I could make out that he was mad that we hadn't bought any food. We then tried to communicate to him that our friends were buying food, but he obviously didn't understand, as this processes then repeated itself with another employee, before someone who we could only assume was the boss came up to us, now in english, and told us that we had to buy something. At this point we were rather annoyed, and told her the situation, to which she simply replied: "Okay, you're in the wrong here." And simply left. Very tragic, as my expectations were high. I hope that if I ever return the experience won't be repeated. At least the view...

The truly unexpected happened today.

After looking for a nice place to enjoy some food and perhaps a beer me and my three children stumbled upon La Cabane. We do not have any complains about the food nor the setting of the restaurant. But, one of the servers, a short brunette made the most bizzare proposition when she offered us fentanyl in exchange for a ”larger tip”. I am not the most anti-drug guy in the world but to have my three children hear this...

After ordering our burgers we got to know that they don’t have any Burgers and Fries left. Two very chaotic different orders later we got three veggies Focaccianis with fries. Verdict: Food was very dry and only after getting the fries we were informed that there isn’t any Ketchup and Mayo left (?!).
