Came here In 2024 l, the food and service blew us away it was delicious, came back 2025 last month was looking forward to it, unfortunately wasn’t a patch, everything with chips instead of the proper accompaniments, they never told us. Peppercorn sauce too many peppercorns, pasta dish curdled was terrible, sent it back they did refund it. Such a shame when a great restaurant lets things slip and lowers It’s standards . Great place and great food/service. The big problem (in the winter) is it’s absolutely freezing. The doors to the outside are propped open so every time someone enters the hotel reception you get a blast of artic air. When asked, they say that it is fire regulations that require the doors to be kept open. They are misguided as fire doors are there to keep fires compartmentalised, so propping them open is a fire/smoke hazard. Shame, as it spoils an otherwise...

We called and were told the is no reservation. We went there and the waiter ask if you had a reservation… The waiter told us it was a 20 minutes wait, 40 minuter later, 30 min more to wait. Even after, the service was super long. For appetizer : butter and bread… We had butter knife for pizzas and the meet… We waited 40 minutes after we finished the main, nobody never came even to clear the table or ask if we wanted a dessert.
