Having enjoyed a coffee on the terrace earlier our party returned for lunch. From the time our order was taken things went downhill. 3 of 5 of us got what was ordered. One waited nearly an hour for a serving of French fries. My burger went AWOL. It was noticed that other tables arriving after us were receiving their food orders. Repeated queries of the staff as to what had happened were met with excuse after excuse (up to 4 members of staff were involved). I got up and asked manageress what was going on. All she could do was offer apologies and say how busy they were. When my burger finally arrived well after an hour, I cut into it and it bled it was that undercooked. I requested that it be more well done and was told I should have requested that at the start. Note..I was not asked how I liked my food cooked. I watched my friends eat and then they watched me eat. Not a convivial shared experience. A day later we returned to see if it was a one off bad experience. Big mistake! The service was appalling and excuse after excuse concerning delays and omissions. A family at table next to us were in a similar situation. They too had cause for complaint. Once again the manageress made excuses and offered apologies. Generally if I undertake a review I like to share a positive experience and not offer criticism. I would like to offer some advice to the staff in the hope that a well located establishment might improve the experience of its customers: The person taking the order, if they cannot serve it themselves, should at least return to the table and see how things are progressing or if customers are satisfied; If meat dishes are requested ask diner how they would like it cooked; If diners make enquiry or complaint, take action to resolve the issue and not pass it from one member of staff to another or wave arms about in frustration almost saying I don't know what the problem is! Apologies are not a substitute for action and effort to put matters right. What a disappointing experience on...

We visited for lunch when it was very very busy. I know some people had bad service but this being the third season of things not going well (2 years Covid, 1 year no snow making high resorts doubly busy) I was surprised by the positive and friendly staff who were under a lot of pressure. Our food was very good so we returned on Thurs 5th Jan for an evening meal for 6. Great food, great service, great ambience. Thanks Jack - you looked after us both at lunch...

Awful, will never visit again. Food was ok but the staff were very rude and unhelpful, even walking away in the middle of a question. Took ages to get the bill, despite asking, and found the waitress inside chatting. Not willing to provide any help about allergens. Charged us €5 for the person who couldn't eat anything there because of the lack of allergen info, despite that person still buying a drink. Prices are ridiculous....

Excellent service here for an evening dinner and an awesome and inexpensive snack bar outs it decide lunch. All enjoyed dinner but the highlight was the tapas boards and the service from Jack. Would highly recommend a visit.
