Hospitality is a cornerstone of Indian tradition, but this restaurant demonstrates the exact opposite despite its claim of being an Indian restaurant. The food was passable, though it’s evident the flavors were modified to cater to different palates. However, serving good food is only half the job, delivering it with respect & politeness is equally important. Unfortunately, this restaurant falls short in that regard & needs a serious lesson in customer service.
Let me share a specific incident: I ordered lassi for three people, intending to share it with my colleagues. It was served in a large pot that was overflowing. To avoid a mess, I politely asked the waiter to pour the lassi into our glasses. He complied, but did so with visible reluctance & anger. He then asked me, in a harsh tone, whether I made such requests at other restaurants. I am.not sure what was wrong in my question. This rude question left us feeling uncomfortable & unwelcome, ruining our dining experience.
Such behavior is unacceptable & has left a lasting negative impression. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment until they learn to treat their...
Read moreRestaurant review always starts from initial communication. Why am I saying it here? The food was good. But, there is another element that plays a key role, "Respect." There is no respect at all. If no one cares for it, may you please go there. Hey, they don't give a seat for single. However, I had a reservation.
In just 4 days' time, I encountered with them on 3 different occasions. Only once I had my dine out where they allowed me in with a condition that I have to complete my dinner within 30 minutes. If they are ready to prioritize only for the group of people more than 2, what does it mean? I made this reservation just to ensure their worst mindset.
If I want to have food and during that time, if I face these cheap issues, what kind of comment should I give them? Will my review teach them a lesson?

Read moreI advised the staff of my lactose intolerance immediately. We ordered and he said it was good and no lactose in the dishes that I ordered. I started eating and could taste butter. I did not eat much because I was so worried about getting sick. I asked another staff member if there was butter in the food and he said yes everything on the table is cooked with butter in it, including the rice and he would go check with the kitchen. Another staff member came over and said no it is cooked in cooking oil. However I could taste butter and I currently have a horrible stomach ache from the lactose ingested. I believe the staff lied and said it was oil afterwards because they made a mistake and did not want to admit it. They did not apologize and we still had to pay full price. It was a disappointing experience! Do not go here if you...
