Le Rituel Burger — Restaurant in Annecy

Trash owner & the most rude service. Worst-ever experience in any restaurant. We arrived 3 adults with 2 kids, and the kids were finishing a happy meal in the car in the parking lot. The owner saw that the kids had been eating and immediately started trash-talking to them, and immediately signaled to their colleagues to change our table from 5 to 3 because the two kids had already eaten and they were not welcome in the restaurant (2 girls 9 and 11 years old). Since the kids were not allowed to be seated, we left and the owner and servants further insulted us on our way out. They should change industries and try running a prison instead. Don’t waste...

We just had a great lunch there, today!

We had fish n chips and a small order of wings. Everything was well-prepared. Fish was nice and not overdone. The fries were fresh and cut in-house, and cooked nicely. The side-salad was carefully prepared and delicious.

Burgers looked awesome; I wish we'd known about this place before having a lousy overpriced burger last night at one of the tourist traps in Annecy.

The staff were patient with my fractured French.

Overpriced for what it is but I could get past that if the service was half decent. Nice setup, decent beef patty, soggy, oily fries. Really rude and hostile waiter despite efforts from my side to be as friendly as possible or he was the owner maybe? Breath stank of alcohol, looks can be deceiving as it seemed like he was a prison escapee rather than a respectable business owner.
