Café des 2 Gares — Restaurant in Antony

A fantastic little bistro with great value for money. The burgers and steaks are absolutely delicious. The Les 2 Gares burger with smoked pork belly was especially tasty — the slightly charred meat offers a wonderful experience for the taste buds. The salad dressing was also perfectly done!

The Entrecôte was amazing too — one portion was enough for the two of us. The balance between lean and fatty parts was simply genius. I've never found beef fat to be this delicious before!

Évidemment quand on n’a pas de demande particulière il est possible de ne pas s’en rendre compte. Mais tout à l’heure par exemple, j’ai demandé quel était le minimum pour payer par CB (ou Apple Pay) car aucune affichette ne l’indique devant la caisse et il ne me restait pas le temps de tirer de l’argent avant de prendre mon transport : on m’a répondu sur un ton déplaisant et non professionnel (non commerçant) en voulant me faire la leçon plutôt que de prendre une attitude constructive “Quand on part en voyage on prépare sa valise” ou encore “c’était marqué sur la porte” comme si en prenant un café en salle devant la caisse on allait retourner voir s’il y avait qqch d’écrit sur l’une des nombreuses portes. Je voulais leur proposer de leur laisser un objet de valeur pour les rassurer que j’allais revenir payer cet expresso (!) mais leur attitude était si désagréable que j’ai préféré partir sans finir mon café ni pouvoir payer. J’ai malgré tout essayé de téléphoner plusieurs fois ce même jour pour trouver une solution avec la patronne pour le paiement et le café, mais leur téléphone ne répond pas.
