Outrageously bad service – avoid this place

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at an ice cream shop. The prices are ridiculously high, the scoops are tiny, and you're not even allowed to taste a flavor before buying. On top of that, you have to pay before you get your ice cream — which already sets the tone for how little they care about customer satisfaction.

After paying, we sat down outside to eat, only to be aggressively told to leave because our ice cream was in cups and cones instead of their overpriced “ice cream glasses.” Apparently, sitting down is only allowed if you buy the most expensive option. We were treated with visible annoyance just because not everyone in our group had bought ice cream, and because we dared to sit and eat like normal people.

The staff were rude, unwelcoming, and clearly more concerned with enforcing their absurd rules than providing even the bare minimum of hospitality. Their attitude was unacceptable.

There was a local market going on at the same time, and it was telling that almost no one was buying from this place. Clearly, people have figured out that it’s not worth it. Overpriced, unfriendly, and totally unprofessional — avoid this place...

Awful experience. We were there in a group of five, they brought 3 of the orders wrong, including the ice cream of a friend who is gluten intolerant, told them very clearly that, and got a cup with a biscuit in it (and when he asked to please have a new ice cream, was given just the same one without the biscuit. They clearly don't get the gravity of gluten intolerance). If you buy a cone (my case), you, a paying customer, cannot sit at their tables. Total nonsense but ok, I didn't say a word and did what their asked. The worse part though, a friend bought a crepe, was given a tasting spoon to cut and eat it, was denied proper cutlery when she asked, the crepe glued to the paper "plate" it was served into and she was unable to eat it, she never got the coffee she paid for, and when she went in to ask for her money back, the owner took the crepe from her hand, threw it in the trash, grabbed her by an arm and pushed her aggressively out. Rude, disrespectful, and on top of that, they give no receipt. Strongly recommend...

They stole me 10euros!!!! We were 5 people, we order ice cream. I ask for a crepe with one ball, plus an americano. They gave me a crepe in a paper plate and a plastic icecream spoon, the coffee never arrived. I ask for some cutlery, we were sitting outside, they told me they don’t have. I went to ask for my money back because they never bring the coffee and I couldn’t eat the crepe because it was stick on the plate, the lady told me NO, and to go out of her shop because she has a line of clients, I told her I want my money back she told me no and to go (again) and then she toke me the crepe and throw it to the trash, and came to my side to pull me out of the shop…. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER,

They DONT GIVE YOU A TICKET! They DONT PAY TAXES!!!!!! Where should I denounce this...
