La Terrasse — Restaurant in Apt

I was served RAW CHICKEN! Twice! I hope the restaurant is reading this because you put people's HEALTH at RISK with SALMONELA. If you serve raw chiken and I send it back politely and you bring me back same dish reaheated, looking disgusting and covered in some sauce to hidden the same rawness of the meat, than according to any food safety institution regulations you should be closed!!!

Moreover, when I pay the bill and you lack common sense of accepting the fact that you had a problem serving a customer and you should try with good service to fix it, instead you say to my face it was the sauce, that I am wrong and that I'm the only one that ever complained...that's a type of arrogance that nobody should tolerate! I didn't obviously pay for the chiken!

It's a shame that this kind of places that just make the plates look pretty don't have the dignity to give justice to the beautiful...

Small restaurant which offers a small but exquisite menu, all on a very high level - except the price which is more than fair, especially compüared to some other places in the region. You get a three course menu for 38 EUR and for additional 4 EUR you can get a supplement of the main dish - which we honestly did not need. It would also been a sin not being able to enjoy the mille feuille with every sense afterwards... The kitchen is outstanding, service so friendly, that I constantly had the impression to see the bright smile of the waitress even she was wearing the obligatory mask and sitting on the terrace in the typical breeze before the sunset has something magical and is perfect to let your soul get at ease. And after dinner you can always take the little walk up to the mill...

We ate dinner here in 2016 on a stormy Summer evening. The boss lady was kind and accomodating. I booked a table out front and we had the best table in the place I reckon. Since I use a wheelchair and blocked the entrance ever so slightly this was unusual as many peoples' attitude to wheelies is pretty uneducated (as with prams). Just 3 or 4 choices for each course but the food was very good. It was a little slow in arriving but not too bad and we filled the time with relaxation, wine and good...
