Bof sur l'ensemble. Bonnes huitres mais les bulots au piment d'Espelette.... c'était plutôt du piment avec des bulots. Il a fallut prendre son mal en patience. à gratter les bulots pour les débarrasser de la couche de piment afin qu'ils deviennent mangeables. Le patron à qui nous en avons fait part par la suite nous indique que c'est son fournisseur de bulots qui ne peux assurer une répartition égale du piment sur les bulots. Changez de fournisseur cher monsieur car ceux que l'on a mangés le lendemain chez l'un de vos confrères étaient parfaitement dosés quant au piment. La mayonnaise est servie avec beaucoup, mais alors vraiment beaucoup de parcimonie (l'équivalent d'une cuillère à café) et on vous explique que c'est pour éviter le gâchis des clients qui ne finissent pas tout...... mais que vous pouvez en redemander. Je comprends bien mais , d'entrée, on devrait quant même en avoir suffisamment pour accompagner les crevettes et les bulots servis, non ? Sinon, le pâté était correct et le vin proposé correct aussi. L'accueil, correct, sans plus, mais toutefois aimable et professionnel. Terrasse accueillante avec une jolie vue puisque c'est la dernière...
