I loved this place so much I came here back to back.

Here are my highlights:

1. Food and Presentation: Caesar Salad - amazingly crispy and lightly breaded chicken Suspended Trout and Shrimp - flavorful and juicy Suspended Curry Chicken - tender chicken Frites - perfectly cooked, crispy and light Fleur de Medieval - tasy and stylish presentation

2. Service - the staff went above and beyond to make my party happy. They also spoke English. They were attentive and even made accommodations for special cocktails. Nina (the owner) was incredibly personable.

3. Atmosphere - we sat on the patio. Good music. The patio overlooks the mountains, so we had a pretty good view of the Thunderstorm.

Found this gem on our last night in Luz where we had the nicest meal of our trip. Its only about 5 minutes walk from the centre of the village. A few tapas to start with (Calamar was delicious) and a selection of mains - all of which were lovely. We sat on the terrace which overlooks the mountains. Nice atmosphere & background music. Excellent range of beers (proprietors also run a local brasserie), and a good accompaniment to a Tasca burger at the bar. Plenty of tables (fireside even) if you prefer their excellent and very popular restaurant setvice. Reservation recommended to avoid disappointment.
