Quand revenir Ă  une table
 est synonyme de plaisir. Comme le dit Paul Eluard : « il n’y a pas de hasard, il n’y a que des rendez-vous ». C’est bien le hasard donc qui m’a fait dĂ©couvrir cette excellente table nichĂ©e aux pieds des Alpilles.

Fin aoĂ»t, J’ai eu la chance de croiser cette adresse que je retiendrais et que je partagerais avec mon entourage, et j’ai souhaitĂ© y retourner pendant les congĂ©s de la Toussaint pour dĂ©couvrir une nouvelle carte renouvelĂ©e tous les quinze jours. Nous sommes tout d’abord trĂšs bien accueillis par Jessica, merveilleuse hĂŽtesse dont le sourire et l’écoute invitent Ă  la dĂ©tente. Parlons du cadre tout d’abord, en terrasse cet Ă©tĂ©, Ă  l’ombre d’une treille supportant des pieds de vignes dont j’ai pu goĂ»ter les raisins sucrĂ©s lors de ma seconde venue mi-octobre. Les tables ne sont pas trop proches les unes des autres, nous offrant un moment d’intimitĂ© qui s’accorde bien avec les plats proposĂ©s. La prĂ©sentation de la table est soignĂ©e et chaque petit dĂ©tail rĂ©vĂšle un Ă©tablissement qui sait accueillir et prendre soins de ses clients avec goĂ»t et dĂ©licatesse. Cet automne, j’étais en salle ; et le cadre, l’ambiance sonore, les lumiĂšres ont confirmĂ© mes impressions estivales. Parlons de la cuisine du chef Edouard, une cuisine qui ne cherche pas l’originalitĂ© pour sĂ©duire Ă  tout prix, mais qui cultive une singularitĂ© qui reflĂšte inventivitĂ©, culture et curiositĂ©. Les produits de saison sont bien prĂ©sents et sont complices des poissons, volailles et viandes de la rĂ©gion. Oui, il y a de la dramaturgie et de la qualitĂ© dans la cuisine de ce jeune chef prometteur. Notre hĂŽtesse n’est pas en reste. Elle sait ĂȘtre Ă  l’écoute de nos envies, de nos questions tout en restant discrĂšte. Elle manie parfaitement les accords vins et plats pour notre plus grand plaisir gustatif. Je suis sortie de mes deux visites avec un sentiment de bonheur, mais Ă©galement avec la sensation d’avoir partagĂ© le travail du chef. C’est un restaurant de qualitĂ©, sans attente oĂč l’on aime profiter du moment prĂ©sent. J’avais bien rendez-vous avec ce restaurant BEC, une table, un nom, et une Ă©quipe Ă  retenir. Cet Ă©tablissement a tout pour sĂ©duire et prĂ©cipiter ce restaurant vers un horizon Ă©toilĂ©.

We just loved this place - we went on the opening night and expected a few mistakes but everything was perfect. This is high end service and food at an affordable price - I think it was €55 euros for 4 incredible courses. The chef has great talent and isn't afraid to experiment with flavours and textures - something sadly lacking in south of France generally. No puree in sight!

Confit of egg with buckwheat somehow raised to a classic starter, delicately balanced tuna of incredible quality, cauliflower with the richest darkest fish sauce you can imagine - every dish superb. France needs...

A great meal, great service and wine selection. I would improve certain dishes like the carabinero wasn’t that fresh, hopefully it’s a seasonal issue, and I’d make some deserts better. Good cheese also. This place is Michelin recommended.

The Food was good. It is a modern kitchen. The Restaurant is next to the street so outside you can hear the cars really good. But the service is excellent, super friendly. Also the wine was fantastic.

A great meal, great service and wine selection. I would improve certain dishes like the carabinero wasn’t that fresh, hopefully it’s a seasonal issue, and I’d make some deserts better. Good cheese also. This place is Michelin recommended.
