Ho letto recensioni che francamente sono anni luce dalla mia esperienza. Non so se hanno cambiato gestione o cosa ma noi abbiamo trovato ad ospitarci tre ragazze simpatiche, disponibili, solari e competenti. La cucina (mangiato pesce) davvero ottima, qualità, freschezza e preparazioni ineccepibili. Come sempre da queste parti, se non siete fans accaniti dell'aglio dovete farglielo presente ma come appunto dicevo da queste parti è quasi un atto dovuto.

Se proprio devo fare una critica, alcune portate di pesce sono accompagnate da un (ottimo) riso che però, da quanto ho capito, era un comune basmati: in Camargue hanno qualcosa come 40 varietà di riso e se mi posso permettere consiglierei vivamente di usare un riso locale (che peraltro è di qualità fantastica) così da aggiungere ulteriore valore al piatto. Però è da prendere con le pinze, so dire solo parolacce in francese e quindi chissà cosa ho chiesto e cosa mi hanno risposto, magari mi hanno detto "ma certo è un riso locale, siamo mica rintronati" e io ho capito "non è un riso locale ci abbiamo messo il basmati". Tipo "ola ola vò a dormire...

Very good restaurant. We shared portion of oysters and had individual main courses. My fish stew was so delicious and my partner was happy with his torro steak. Very good food.
