We arrived late in the evening after using the online reservation and the staff did not know we had booked, as we had driven from Lyon we were frazzled but the young man that served us and took care of us was excellent and told the kitchen. The food took a long time to come out, an hour at least, and we had drinks and bread in the meantime. The person cooking the food did try but all the food came separately, and I imagine they had been left on their own to cook it. The noodle dishes were good, my burger came with chips and mayonnaise, and the meat was cooked well as requested but the vegetables that came with it were fridge cold. Read moreWe were staying at the hotel with friends for the Christmas market, we ate in Le 58 the first night, and all of us chose the special steak dish. Wrong choice, two were passable but chewy, the other two were almost impossible to cut. This was commented to the waiter but without any further action. On reflection, I’m sure had we chosen anything but steak, it would have been fine. I would try again...

Nous arrivons, accueil et installation rapide, sur ce point rien à dire, ensuite viens la déception durant le repas, nous commandons les boissons qui n’arrive pas en même temps, puis place au plat, nous choisissons mais le serveur vient nous revoir car un plat est manquant de ce fait je dois changer mon plat jusqu’à là je peux comprendre, je reçois ma salade caesar, puis ma compagne reçoit la sienne 5 à 7 minutes plus tard puis ma sœur reçoit son welsh 15 minutes après moi, nous mangeons en décalé c’est génial (si il faut venir séparément, il serait bien de l’écrire sur le site, car cela paraît compliqué d’envoyer les plats de la même table en même temps), le welsh avec un goût de brûlé sur le pain, sûrement dû au support dans lequel il est… Deuxièmement le dessert, nous commandons 2 brownies et un pain perdu, 1 brownie chauffé et l’autre non, mais la cerise sur le gâteau le pain perdu arrive froid même pas réchauffé… Que dire à ce niveau d’incompétence?
