O'Jardin Secret — Restaurant in Arrondissement of Nanterre

You get there for lunch at 12:30 with the fork reservation at 50% off, even though it was half empty, service was extremely slow. We ordered pasta with sea food and a Gorgonzola pizza without ham. They came back 10 minutes later saying that they already run out of sea food. How could you run out of sea food at 12:30? They never had some in the first place and never told us… here comes the pizza with ham on it. The pizza dough was not well fermented and very dry.

This restaurant has 0 coordination with the kitchen and it explains why it’s not popular even though it comes with a nice garden concept and a nice decor.

Je suis mitigée. Nourriture rien à dire, parfait. Par contre, manque de professionnalisme. Nous sommes arrivé à 20h30, service un peu long mais c’est pour mon anniversaire donc on est pas pressé. 22h20, entrée toujours pas débarrassé donc je me lève pour demander à commander les plats à la serveuse assise avec ses collègues. Au final on a eu le droit à « Je pensais pas que vous preniez des plats » après les entrées.. Puis dans la foulée « par contre il faut choisir vite car la cuisine ferme dans 10minutes » et pour finir notre plat de « pâtes » flambées nous a été refusée car trop long à faire alors que c’est nous qui avons attendu longtemps jusqu’à se lever car on avait très faim et toujours pas de suivi de service. Certes la nourriture est bonne mais nous ne reviendront pas pour le manque de suivi du client. Nous avons dû se « sacrifier » et changer notre menu car le service n’a pas été présent. Se priver pour les erreurs du personnel qui nous a oublié c’est pas très professionnel. ( Tout était parfait jusqu’au plats niveau nourriture à part le plat bâclé donc un peu...
