New comment December 2024 from when I went a couple years ago (see comment below 2023). A couple friends dragged me there, ordered a pizza and really bad, ordered the one with ground beef, and there was 3/4 spot where there was chunks of meat, when it supposed to be a little bit everywhere and the bottom was all the way burnt. July 2023: Waited for a table for 20 minutes when plenty available that weren’t reserved and plenty of staff. The pizza I had seen on their site no longer appears on their menu, I ask if they can still make it like the Bella Vita restaurant does all the time, and the waiter answers me curtly no, we don't. I then order pasta with morel cream and asparagus tips, my friend the same type of pasta with truffles and ham. Our plates arrive, I have half less pasta on my plate than my friend, the server dares to tell me that no, there is the same quantity. I taste it and really no taste, not even seasoned with salt or pepper and even less the taste of morels or asparagus. Besides, I look for the asparagus tips and see nothing. I ask the server who is still very stuck up, unsmiling and aggressive. He goes to the kitchen, comes back to tell me, you want to order something else, there was no more asparagus, that's why you don't have any. Unbelievable, I am served a dish that highlights an ingredient that they no longer have and say nothing, unheard of. When there is a lack of ingredient, it is indicated from the start that the dish is no longer available. Again very aggressively he tells me you want to order something else, I ask him if he listened to what we told him (while remaining friendly) that it was not proper or inadmissible to serve an incomplete dish and not to report it. Especially since he would have charged us the full price for it. If my friend hadn't already eaten half of her dish, we would have left. I order a pizza. It had no taste, instead of distributing the ground meat evenly over the entire surface, it is piled up in a few places, the dough is so thin that the pizza does not hold together at all and really no taste. When another server who was a little more smiling arrives to get the plates (I couldn't finish my pizza since it wasn't good), he tells us that it's the fault of the kitchen, which told them nothing. When he brings us the bill, he tells us with a big smile and a monster audacity, we took the dish off the bill as if he was doing us a favor. If I hadn't been disgusted by this experience, I would have laughed. I tell him he's not doing us any favors and that the dish didn't have to be on the bill to begin with. If they really had a minimum of professionalism, they would have given us a discount or offered a dessert (which we would not have taken because their products are not good). My friend's dish was not good, she had to add salt (only coarse salt on the table, not even a thin salt shaker), pepper and Parmesan cheese to make it edible. Run, bad service, bad product and not at all professional.

We were a group of 8 people. Food came very quick and was delicious. Service was great and they speak good english. Room for improvement: the tables could be cleaned and the tartare could be served with bread. Prices are rather hight (10€ for a 0.5L beer), but the food quality is very good. Would recommend 👍🏽
