We had Chili lamb extra spicy, Butter Chicken and Korma Chicken. Plus Nan bread and coconut rice (I found the rice way too sweet). Be warned, the portions are rather small, but one can see that already with the low price, which is fair. I had two nan and that helped. Food quality and taste: really wonderful! 5 stars. Big plus, when you ask for "très très très très épicé" you get what you ask for. Not the case in too many restaurants. As desert we've had Halwa, 2x Fondant au Chocolat. All very nice, too. Nous venons de mangé au shalimar, et ce fut pour moi et mon ami une expérience gustative assez bonne mais nous parlerons pas de l’accueil. Nous sommes d’accord sur le fait que la personne qui nous accueille soit très souriante, en revanche nous avions réservé et demandé si ils prenaient les chèques vacances par téléphone et nous avions précisé qu’on payerai en chèque vacances. Tout avait été confirmé ! Arrivé au bar pour payer, la personne nous dis non on les prends pas encore j’ai pas créer le compte pour mais je vais exception ! Jusque là très bien et puis clairement nous dis par contre minimum 15 euros pour la carte !! il restait 13,50 euros à payer par carte !! Il n’a fait aucun effort et pour le coup nous a pris que 3 chèques vacances au lieu de 4 !!! Je ne reviendrai donc pas dans ce restaurant. De plus, niveau quantité nous ne trouvons pas ça extraordinaire. Du riz y’en avait de la viande un peu moins et pour le prix que nous avons payé vraiment ! There is bad - and there is the worst Indian Food in all of France if not Europe - If not the world. Go hungry, starve yourself instead of eating this food. Oh yea - and the owner did nothing but try and sell extras with a horrible attitude when you say no thank you. Trust me - don’t trust the other reviews - this place...
