We had an excellent meal at Pinsa de Anton in Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. I ordered the provolone pinsa, while my wife and kids each tried different varieties, and every single one was delicious. The dough was light and crisp, the ingredients were clearly very fresh, and the flavors really stood out. It’s rare to find this level of quality in such a casual setting, and we all left happy and satisfied. A great spot for anyone who loves good pizza done a little differently, highly recommended! Wow just had the best meal at Pinsa di Anton! The owners offered a warm greeting and made great suggestions. We started with a few antipasta, and we all loved the suppli, courgette flowers, and mozzarella truffle. Then we sampled several pinsa - the crust is light, crispy and flavorful letting you taste the delicious toppings. My favorite was the pesto with fresh tomato and balsamic reduction. The pizza was genuine, tasty and made right before our eyes. We had a long discussion about what we wanted and ended up with 3 customized pizzas to take back to our rented house.
