Super U et Drive — Local services in Avignon

Great supermarket – much better than the nearby hypermarket!

While staying in L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, we first went to the local hypermarket, but it was a real letdown. There were flies around the fruit and vegetable section, and much of the produce looked spoiled or overripe. Really surprising for a place that big.

Then we discovered Super U, and it was a huge improvement. Super clean, well-organized, and a fantastic selection of fresh produce. The fruit was top quality, and there was a great variety to choose from. A much more pleasant place to shop.

Also worth mentioning: there’s a pharmacy located right at the entrance of the Super U, just before the main gates to the store. It had an amazing range of products – from skincare to wellness items. I honestly felt like buying everything!

In short: skip the hypermarket and head straight to Super U. Quality, cleanliness, and a great shopping experience – all...

Good supermarket with many different foods and accessories available to purchase. There is also a reasonably-priced Petrol Station attached to the building. As an improvement: they could provide customer toilets.

A good supermarket... Kinda like the Wal-Mart in the US... Not too expensive... However a limited supply of very gourmet items... No truffle oil for an example in a région...
