Disappointing Experience

The experience didn’t live up to expectations sold by the restaurant. Despite the restaurant being only half full, we were made to wait a long time.

The menu mentioned "Kids Meals," so we asked our server for more details. To our surprise, we were told that kids' meals were just items from the regular menu, but without any meat. When we inquired further about the protein, we received a curt response that didn’t leave us feeling valued. A thoughtfully balanced kids' meal would have been much appreciated.

When we asked for salt, it didn’t arrive until after we had finished our meals. It’s the little details like this that added up to a disappointing experience. The food and service didn’t quite match the refined vibe the restaurant is trying to sell.

Extremely disappointed due to scammy behavior. We ordered the mussels and dessert combo. The waiter asked which dessert we wanted, and he said it would come out after the mussels. After the main meal was finished, we were asked to pay, and we explained that we had not yet received the dessert from the combo. The older woman with shorter hair in charge told us we could not have the dessert. We looked confused and she gave us the bill. The price on the bill matched what was on the menu IF we had received the dessert. We asked for a discount since we had only received half of the combo. She said the combo cost was the same with and without the dessert and told us to pay. We felt incredibly scammed and lied to. A customer should expect to receive what is on the menu at the price on the menu; anything less...

Restaurant well hidden from the busy street of the market. But actually it was only a few steps away from the crowd. Glad we stepped into this place. It was more calm and cozy. Well reception and the chefs really know his food. The chicken supreme was incredibly tender and tasty. Beef filet mignon was fantastic with the oven baked potatoes.
