Le Carré Bleu — Restaurant in Béziers

This is a great concept, which is unfortunately totally let down by the most awful service. A simple request to sit outside and in the shade was met with derision by both the waitress and her manager. To be clear, the restaurant was mostly empty, it was late in the lunch service, there were no reservations and so there were plenty of suitable available tables. All we were offered was a table in the sun that was reluctantly dragged into a mostly shaded area and right up against another table. Totally ridiculous!

So, if you'd like your salad served with a side of surliness, perhaps give it a try? Otherwise, save your money!

It's such a shame as this could be great and has so much potential. I just don't understand why the most unobliging people would be hired in...

I recently had lunch at this restaurant, and I must say, the risotto was absolutely delicious! The creamy texture and perfect balance of flavors left me craving for more. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the lunch experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, creating the perfect backdrop for a delightful meal. I'll definitely be returning for more of that...

A fuir ! JAMAIS UN SOURIRE elles sont au bout de leur vie... Première fois, une crêpe au chocolat à moitié remplie... Deuxième fois un cornet qui fuit. Pas de serviettes tu te sers sur le rouleau d'essuie tout. Troisième fois un smoothie imbuvable (eau+copeaux de coco aucun goût)La serveuse s'excuse et m'en fait un autre PIRE ! Gros morceaux de bananes congelés, un genre de purée horrible 😭 terrasse dégueulasse, morceaux de verres, papiers parterre, table jamais essuyées (collantes) et ramassées après 15 minutes d'installation !!! Et pour finir on se laisse encore une chance pour 3 cafés aujourd'hui. 10 minutes d'attente devant un serveur qui fait des va et vient. La file devient de plus en plus importante.
