I had dinner twice at this restaurant because I wanted to try French oysters. I ordered the “Huîtres Excellence” for €15.50, plus shrimp (two skewers) and octopus. I also enjoyed a few glasses of white wine with my meals. I really liked that the waiter explained how the French eat oysters – with a piece of baguette spread with demi-sel butter, and a touch of raspberry vinegar. It was a lovely experience and felt very authentic. If I could suggest something, I would recommend making the tables a bit cleaner and providing more napkins – I only received one. We’ve been there twice, and both times it was an amazing experience.
The oysters are super fresh – caught in the morning and served the same day, never kept overnight. Fish and meat portions are not too big, but very tasty and well-prepared. Presentation is also beautiful.
The staff is friendly, attentive, and patiently answered all our questions about oysters.
