Good quality food (and meat) but incredibly pour and incapable service. We arrived, ordered drinks, took 20 mins before drinks arrived. Had to ask for the menu, arrived 15 min later. Had asked for the wine card, but took another 15 minutes. We ordered CĂŽte du Boeuf for 79 euro per 2 persons (ordered 2 times as we were with 4 adults); arrived relatively cold - we were short of plates, so had to eat from the plancha and the wine did not arrive yet. Went inside to ask for plates and wine - did not arrive; finally asked them to re-heat the meat and bring us the bottle of wine at the same time or before. They gave us the wrong bottle of wine, but we left it as we did not want to wait another time. Still without a plate although requested two times. They never asked our kids if they wanted another drink. We went for deserts but had to wait so long for anyone to take our order so when they finally came, we simply asked for the bill. The quality of the food was good (apart from the cold Cote du Boeuf, which is of course ridiculous when you pay 79 euro). The personnel apologized, but were not able to recover their service by any means. Our simple verdict - they want to serve too many customers which they simply cannot handle - nothing wrong with the kitchen, but the service is simply poor en terrible. Nice people, simply incapable. To be fair, they gave us the wine for free, which was nice, but a cold comfort. Nous avons donc voulu voir ce que ça donnait avec les nouveaux propriĂ©taires et franchement nous sommes vraiment déçus... A peine arrivĂ©s on nous saute dessus pour savoir ce qu'on veut commander alors qu'on a mĂȘme pas eu la carte. Un second serveur nous apporte la carte et on lui commande un apĂ©ritif. Un troisiĂšme prend notre commande sans la noter, il reviendra quelques minutes plus tard pour nous redemander ce qu'on avait commandĂ©... RĂ©sultat l'apĂ©ritif nous sera finalement apportĂ© aprĂšs l'entrĂ©e... entrĂ©e qui Ă©tait Ă moitiĂ© froide et Ă moitiĂ© chaude... et franchement pas terrible. Ensuite, nous avions demandĂ© une viande bien cuite pour mon Ă©pouse qui est enceinte... rĂ©sultat nos plats arrivent et le burger de mon Ă©pouse arrive saignant et nous apprenons qu'ils se sont trompĂ© de table (sauf que du coup le burger Ă©tait dĂ©coupĂ© par mon Ă©pouse donc plus servable pour la personne qui, elle, l'avait commandĂ© saignant). J'Ă©tais donc servi, mon Ă©pouse n'avait pas son assiette et nous avons donc du attendre que son assiette arrive. Les plats n'avaient rien de particulier, pas mauvais car ce serait mentir, mais pas du tout fins. Nous n'avons Ă©videmment pas voulu tenter l'expĂ©rience jusqu'au bout et nous sommes partis prendre un dessert ailleurs. I arrived late and tired, and the staff were incredibly helpful, especially Mark at the front desk, who went out of his way to make sure I could book a taxi to the airport the next day, even though it was really busy.
