Was fairly busy, Friday night and I saw 2 serving plus 1 manager. The only thing which let us down was the service. Firstly, as we waited to be assigned a table on arrival my friend who urgently needed to use the bathroom was denied access to the restaurant by the manager for reasons unbeknown to us, perhaps she thought we only wanted to use their toilet despite me waiting politely in line to be seated. Secondly, we then had to ask for a menu having been sat several minutes without being given one. Thirdly, I had to approach the servers after around 5-10 minutes as no one made any eye contact with us in this time, it's not a large number of tables, I'm sure it wasn't too much to expect? When the service did happen it was pleasant and friendly. The same manager was pleasant enough when producing the bill but perhaps had that courtesy been shown upon our arrival it would've felt more genuine. The food was above average. We were seated outside as when we arrived it was full inside. It was a little cold outside with no heaters, most people were eating with coats on which I wouldn't normally expect to see in a restaurant. Everyone seemed content though. Went to this restaurant based on a few recommendations that it was excellent. We read the reviews and they agreed with what we'd heard! While it was delicious, it wasn't what we expected in teams of food quality. The atmosphere is a bit chaotic and busy so make sure you order a table in advance. Très bonne cuisine italienne que ce soient les pizzas ou les pâtes; le positif s arrête la …. Une expérience de service très franchement déplorable, à la limite de l indécence. La première service nous jette littéralement la bouteille de vin sur la table; on a attendu 1h40 pour 3 pizzas et 1 pâte. Lorsque nous avons demandé si ça allait encore être long, la serveuse nous a répondu qu on n était pas dans un fast food ici ! Ça m aurait fait rire si je n était pas moi même dans le service depuis 25 ans et que c est le genre de blague qu on entend à l école hôtelière dans les années 90…… à la suite de notre échange si on peu appeler ça, surprise…….. un autre serveur s occupe de nous. La précédente nous a laissé tomber sûrement ; risible, ridicule et vraiment pas au niveau de la qualité de la cuisine. Bref une pauvre expérience qui mérite qu on s attarde sur comment s entourer de personnel qui soit au niveau de ta cuisine et en accord avec la façon dont tu veux traiter...
