We had some delicious food here. Restaurant has lovely mountain views. The salad with chevre was fresh and the fish was cooked perfectly. Keep in mind that they cook with butter mostly, so it might be a little difficult to accommodate dairy allergies. While the food was great, the ambience could be improved. They allowed quite a few customers to smoke, which meant that the rest of the customers had to tolerate the horrible cigarette smoke. That ruined the experience somewhat, and we left in a hurry. Got there at a very busy time when all other restaurants in Sare were closed and staff allowed themselves to be overwhelmed by the sheer number of guests by accepting to serve them. Good atmosphere, long waiting time, good meal and very correct excuse from owner for allowing himself and others to jump the ordering queue. I recommend a visit any other day...

Hemos cenado en Restaurant Pleka Sare y el servicio ha sido lamentable. Tardaron más de 30 minutos en venir a tomar nota de las bebidas y otros 30 minutos adicionales para pedir la comida. Ni siquiera nos trajeron la carta al sentarnos. No hubo una sola disculpa por su parte y, para colmo, nos trataron con mala educación sin motivo aparente. Una experiencia muy desagradable.

Gracias por su respuesta. Con más razón, hubiera agradecido una disculpa por el retraso por su parte, en lugar de que un cliente tuviera que ofrecerse a ayudar. Para que quede claro, no pedí ningún martini; pedí agua, porque ni siquiera teníamos agua en la mesa. Y que quede claro: en ningún momento agarré del brazo a nadie!

Reconozco que quizá no mostré la mejor educación, pero la suya fue peor. En hostelería, el cliente siempre es lo primero, y la diferencia entre una buena experiencia y una mala no la marca la comida, sino el servicio y la atención recibida. En este caso, ustedes se encargaron de convertirlo en una experiencia pésima y, para rematar, me intentan culpar a mi. Muy poco...
